Kathleen M. Fodera, (nee Scanlon), age 63, of Northeast Philadelphia passed away suddenly at her home on July 22, 2018.
Kathy was a long time resident of Cinnaminson, New Jersey. She was a 1973 graduate of North East High School, and earned a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
Kathy began work in the accounting department at Pantry Pride. She then was employed at the Running Press Publishing House in Philadelphia and most recently as a substitute teacher in the Cinnaminson School District. For years she was an active member of the friends of the Cinnaminson library.
Devoted daughter of the late Gloria Lance. Sister of Patricia Willard (Craig); John Scanlon (Joanne) and Linda Yanczak (Louis). Companion of Paul Canty. Beloved mother of Leonard Fodera (Katherine) and Nancy Spayd (Samuel). Loving grandmother (Mom-Mom) to Gabriel Spayd, Emma Fodera, Angela Spayd and Althea Fodera.
Relatives and Friends are invited to her Memorial Gathering Friday July 27th 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at John F. Fluehr & Sons, Inc. 3301 -15 Cottman Ave. Philadelphia PA 19149 followed by her Funeral Service 12:30 PM.
