Rosemary F. Watts passed on November 20th, 2021 at the age of 69.

Loving daughter of the late Oliver and Frances Watts. Dear sister of Michele (Gary) Rooney. Beloved Aunt of Amy (Bill) Ashe and Kevin (Jackie) Rooney and Great Aunt of Aidan, Nathan, Gavin and Nolan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Rosemary's service at 2:30PM on November 28th at Wiley Mission 99 E. Main St. Marlton, NJ. 08053. A Visitation will be held from 1-2:30PM.

Marcia Anne Smith

Marcia Anne Smith, 81, longtime resident of Elkins Park, passed away on Thursday November 18, 2021.

Marcia was predeceased by her husband Francis Joseph Smith; she is survived by her son Brian Smith (Megan); grandchildren Lola and Ella Smith; brother Julian Potok.

Marcia enjoyed trips to the Jersey shore, crabbing, Philadelphia sports, and having a good laugh. She worked as a nurse in various hospitals, and cherished her interactions with her patients and colleagues. She adored her husband Frank and loved taking road trips with him.

Services for Marica will be held privately by her family.

Walter H. Paynter

Walter H. Paynter, 92, longtime resident of Mayfair, passed away on Monday November 15, 2021.

Walter was the beloved husband of the late Marion Paynter (nee Chobert); loving father of Walter H. Paynter (Wanda) and Thomas Paynter (Fran); grandfather of Jason (Anna) and Salaina Paynter; Charles, Steven, and Tamara Paynter. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren Jordan, Maya, Michelle, Ireland, Steven, Thomas, Michael, Jaxson, and David.

Services for Walter Paynter will be held privately by his family.

Robert J. Panella, Sr.

Robert J. Panella Sr., 88, longtime resident of Southampton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

Robert was the beloved husband of Katherine Panella (nee Sassaman) for 64 years; loving father of Sue Norcross, Bob Panella, Jr. (Kitty), Kathy Fletcher (Ken), Lori Cleary (Brian), Denise Kane (Jim); caring grandfather of Lauren Greeby (John); Jackie Wiley (Joe), Allison Turco, Matt Panella (Teagan), Kitty Freeman, Caitlin Panella; Sam Fletcher, and Ryan Fletcher (Brooke); Brian, Stephanie, and Danielle Cleary; Alex MacDonald (Joe), Tori, J.C., and Austin Kane. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren Marlo, McKayla, (late) Riley, Tristan, Kaden, Logan, Nolan, Phoenix, Sean, Naomi, and Henry. His siblings Phyllis Connors (late Joe) & Joe Panella. Many extended family members and friends who will all miss him dearly

Francis E. Forsythe, Jr

Francis E. Forsythe Jr., 58, passed away suddenly on Wednesday November 10, 2021 after a short battle with cancer.

Francis (Frank) was survived by his mother Micki Forsythe (nee Bocchinfuso) and his father Francis E. Forsythe, Sr.; children Ashley Forsythe, Jake Ruch (Erin), Chris Forsythe, and Noah Forsythe; siblings Kathy, Vincent, and Jason Forsythe; nephew Paul Rieck and niece Tricia Roush; and best friend Steven Newton.

Frank was a comedian, or so he thought- He often lit up a room with a smile and his incredible sense of humor. He enjoyed the little things in life like listening to a good vinyl record, watching a good movie, following politics, and playing video games. He spent his free time fishing and crabbing. Frank also owned his own business, TechMedic Inc. that assisted many companies with their computer and networking needs. He loved a good Phillies game and always enjoyed talking about the Philadelphia Eagles. Frank was most known for being a passionate, thoughtful, supportive softball and baseball coach for all four of his children. He will be missed by many but will not be forgotten- tasty bananas Dad.

Thomas J. Boehmke Jr.

Thomas J. Boehmke, Jr., 59, of Bensalem, Pa passed away suddenly on Monday November 8, 2021.

Thomas was the beloved son of Barbara (nee Roberts) and (late) Thomas Boehmke, Sr.; father of Thomas Boehmke, III; and grandfather of Tommy Boehmke, IV. He is also survived by his siblings Chuck Boehmke (Chris), Barbara Arena (Jody), Marybeth Boehmke, Sandy Gray, and (late) Arthur John Boehmke. Thomas was a loving friend to Angela Barchman; and will be missed by many extended family members and friends.

Alfred W. Dieterle

Alfred W. Dieterle, Jr., 72, longtime resident of Mayfair, passed away surrounded by his family on Monday November 8, 2021.

Alfred was the beloved husband of Dreda Dieterle (nee Brand) for 51 years; loving father of his 4 children Debbie, William (Christina Schmidt), Michael (Tiffany), and Steven Dieterle (Dawn); Grandfather of Alyssa McDonald (Matthew), Clarissa Dieterle, Philip Delvecchio, Jr., and Kaitlin Dieterle; Connor and Shea Dieterle; Kirsten McKenna, Arielle Zaborowski, Aiden Capobianco, Michael Dieterle, Jr., and Chloe Dieterle; Taylor Hastings, (late) Reagan Connor, Riley Dieterle, and Steven Dieterle, Jr. Al is also survived by his 10 great grandchildren Matthew, Mason, Macklin, Ava, Noah, Kylie, Brian, Brielle, Ahmeer, and Armani; his siblings Robert Dieterle (Dawn) and Nancy O’Donnell (Jack) and many extended family members and friends.

Edward J. Gawronski

Edward J. Gawronski, 84, longtime resident of Mayfair, passed away peacefully on Saturday November 6, 2021.

Edward was predeceased by his parents Catherine (nee Djuria) and John Gawronski; caring brother of John Gawronski (late Florence); loving uncle of Karen Frank (David) & Elaine Petruzzelli (Carmen). He is also survived by his great nephews Andrew & David Frank; Giovanni & Eric Petruzzelli.

Relatives and friends are asked to attend his viewing on Saturday November 13, 2021 at St. Bernard Church 7341 Cottage Street, Philadelphia, PA 19136 from 9-10am. A funeral mass will begin at 10am following the visitation; interment to follow at St. Benedict Cemetery in Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to St. Bernard’s Church at the above address.

Walter T. Knoll

Walter Thomas Knoll, 61, longtime resident of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on Sunday November 7, 2021.

Walter worked as a Painting Foreman for over 30 years up until his recent retirement. Walter held a strong faith in God, and could regularly be found singing gospel music. He loved spending time in Brigantine, New Jersey at his family condo, and was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan. Walt was loved by many and was always there to help others in need.

Theodore G. Cherrington

Theodore G Cherrington, 81, of Philadelphia passed away Thursday, November 4th, at Philadelphia Protestant Home.

Loving husband of Carol L. Cherrington (nee Hartsough). Dear father of Patricia Kennedy, Susan (Sharon) Cherrington, and the late Debbie Wozniak and step father of Bill (Kelly) Helverson, and Joseph Helverson. Grandfather of Sarah Leon, Ashley (Jonathan) Chowanski, Rachael Davies, Alex Davies, Lilly Helverson, Ciara Williams, Rory Davies and Sean Davies. Great grandfather of Blaise Leon and Emelyn Chowanski.

Relatives and friends are invited Ted's viewing 10-12 on Friday, November 12th at the Philadelphia Protestant Home located at 6500 Tabor Ave Phila PA 19111 where a service will begin at 12. Interment to be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Philadelphia, PA. In lieu of flowers donations in Ted's name may be made to the Philadelphia Protestant Home Benevolent Fund.
