Mary D. Casavecchia, of N.E. Philadelphia formerly of Belmont Hills, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Paul's Run surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with dementia at the age of 90.
Beloved daughter of the late Carmen and Anna (nee Comitta) Casavecchia. Devoted mother of Linda Casavecchia (Hector Torres) and David Casavecchia (Christine). Loving grandmother of David Jr., Hector Jr., Joseph and Julia. Dear sister of the late Anthony Casavecchia (Rosemary), the late Theresa Basile (the late Frank) and the late Carmen Casavecchia, Jr. Also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Viewing and Funeral Saturday October 19, 2019 9:00 AM at St. Bartholomew Church 5600 Jackson St. Philadelphia PA 19124 (parking in the rear of church) followed by her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM. Rite of Committal Westminster Cemetery.
