Beloved son of Janina (nee Slawecki) and the late Valerian Woytak. Devoted brother of Felicia Woytak (Steven Rasmussen) and the late David Woytak. Loving Uncle of Viki and Scott Rasmussen.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date in Calistoga, CA.
