LAWRENCE B. JUDGE, A true Catholic Gentleman, of Bustleton passed away on September 18,2018 at the age of 94.
Larry was born to the late Patrick and the late Mary Ellen (nee Fields) Judge in 1924, the youngest of 8 children. Beloved husband of Kathryn (nee McGlinchey) and the late Marie (nee Martin).
Devoted stepfather of Joseph Carman (Linda) and Cathy McElvaney (Gary), loving grandfather of Brian McElvaney, Christine McCullough (Drew), Patricia and Joseph Carman, Kevin McElvaney (Megan), Mary Kate Wright (Patrick),great grandfather of Brie McElvaney.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Larry was a proud and much decorated veteran of WWII, having served in the Pacific aboard the USS Wasp from which he and his pilot and crew had flown numerous missions.
He was a graduate of St. Joseph (1942) and Villanova University (1949). He worked his entire career as an Electrical Engineer at the Naval Air Developing Center in Warminster,PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Monday September 24,2018, 9:00 St. Dominic Church 8504 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia,PA 19136, followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. . Rite of Committal St. Dominic Cemetery.
